Key responsibilities:
Safely operate a front-end loader truck on assigned routes, including maneuvering to access collection points and properly lifting and dumping waste containers.
Follow pre-determined routes to service customers according to schedule and ensure all designated stops are serviced.
Interact professionally with customers, addressing any concerns regarding waste collection and following company policies regarding container placement.
Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections to check for mechanical issues, fluid levels, and safety equipment functionality.
Properly lift and empty waste containers into the truck, identifying and reporting any issues with containers or waste materials.
Adhere to all DOT regulations, company safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Complete required documentation including route sheets, daily logs, and incident reports.
