OTR CDL A Company Drivers
Seward Motor Freight is hiring experienced OTR drivers! Join a family-oriented company with over 60 years of history.
Salary: Earn between $1,200 - $1,850 per week
CPM: Varies on safety record and OTR experience
Experience: Class A CDL with 2 years verifiable experience required.

Driver-Focused Management: Driver managers oversee no more than 30 drivers. Be a name and not a number.

Freight & Routes:

75% drop & hook, 95% no-touch freight.

No NYC or Canada routes.

Bonuses & Extras:

$300 extra on the first and third paycheck.

Paid orientation (including transportation, single-room lodging, and two meals a day).

Home Time: Varies based on operations and individual preferences.

Equipment:

Begin with Volvo 780 model and have an opportunity to be promoted into an International with a Cummins X-15 engine.
- All trucks are equipped with APU's

Governed at 68 mph on and off cruise

Outward-only cameras unless on probation following an incident.

Per Diem: 7.5 cents per mile.

Weekly Miles: Drivers average 1,800 - 3,000 miles per week, depending on home time, freight and driver preferences.
