Benefits:

Must have a valid CDL-A
Must be at least 23 years of age
1-year driving experience required
Must have TWIC card or commit to getting TWIC within 60 days of onboarding
2000 or older trucks must be approved
No drug or alcohol-related offenses in the past 7 years
Open Deck requirements: 6 months minimum of verifiable open deck experience with a total 1 year OTR/Regional verifiable experience
If you have 6 months flatbed experience more than 2 years ago and less than 10 years ago, you can qualify for flatbed by attending a load securement awareness program
